The shipping costs are automatically displayed during the ordering process or see also under "Shipping costs".

Every Thursday you are welcome at Bocholder Esch 27 in Alstätte. We organise a warehouse sale from 10.00 to 16.00 with remnant fabrics for € 3.00 per metre, haberdashery and fabrics from the standard collection.

You can order samples of any of our fabrics. These fabric samples are approx. 10 cm wide and are intended to serve as a colour and quality sample. Fabric samples cannot be ordered together with a regular fabric order.

For the compilation of these fabric samples, we charge € 1.00 per fabric sample plus shipping costs of € 2.95.

You can order vouchers worth between €5.00 and €50.00.

When purchasing the voucher, you will later have the option to add a personal message.

The voucher will be sent free of shipping costs.

Please order online and enter the code Herberttextilabholen. Please also send us a short e-mail to info@herberttextil.de so that we can expect you to be able to collect your order on Thursdays between 10.00 and 16.00.

During the website change, problems with the login may occur.

Please click on the button "Forgotten password" and enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail and you can click on the link provided there. You will then be redirected to the Herbert Textil site where you can choose a new password.

Please also have a look in your spam folder, maybe a mail got lost there.

If you still have problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then send you a new password.

Unfortunately, we cannot send passwords at the weekend. We ask for your understanding.

If you select the payment method "bank transfer/advance payment", you will promptly receive an email with the necessary data for a bank transfer.

As soon as we have received the amount, the order will be sent.

Free shipping from € 100 within Germany. 

If the order value is less than € 100, the shipping costs are € 4.95.

International orders

The shipping costs are displayed automatically during the order process or see also under "Shipping costs". 

Free shipping from € 100 to the Netherlands and Belgium. 

Free shipping from € 150 to Austria.

Reliable delivery

Your order will be shipped by DHL as an insured parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items that have been customised for you and do not correspond to your wishes in terms of description and colour.

The colour may vary slightly due to sunlight or screen settings, but we try to reproduce the colours as best as possible.

Should you have received a different fabric, a different colour or a faulty fabric, this fabric will of course be exchanged!

Normally you will receive your order within 3 working days. We work with a permanent and experienced team, but depend on the number of orders received daily.
